Another night of not sleeping and using up pieces from my stash.
I saw this flower the other day, when looking for something else. I used Luminaire watercolors to color. Love these paints, gives a sparkle. And one of the colors is actually named Spiced Pumpkin. For once I remembered to write the colors on the back. The other colors are Buttercup and Chestnut Brown.
Fussy cut flower, added ribbon and candy dots.
Stamped sentiment at bottom. TFL

I can definitely empathize with your sleepless nights, Carolyn. (I was up in the middle of the night creating my card too)
Sad that the photos never really capture the sparkle and shine of the luminaires ( I need to start pulling mine out of the stash more often) Love the textured look of your bg panel and the rustic burlap ribbon treatment.

I'm sorry for your sleepless night, Carolyn (I can relate), but this card is just gorgeous so at least the sleeplessness was productive! I love the color of the bloom and the texture on this.

Your flower is so lovely and I really like how you have used the jute ribbon.
