I made this recipe book for my Nieces wedding shower. This is also for this months fan club theme - containers. The wine glass and the cooking pots are the containers.
I covered the scalloped chip board with patterned paper. Stamped and coloured the image, matted with scalloped square. Sewed around the image panel. Die cut the letters and glued them down on the square. Adhered the image and then covered all with modge podge and then with a clear glaze. Added the grommets. Sponged edges with chocolate chip ink.
This works for the WT757 challenge - Thread. I sewed around the image panel.

what a sweet gift...when i got married, everyone was asked to bring a recipe. It's fun to look at them still in their own handwriting. It's a long time ago.
