Jeannie is our hostess for this week's Tickle a Teapotter challenge, and while it was a stretch for me, I ended up making two cards. (So feel free to say which you prefer, in case I draw you!).
For this one, I took my inspiration from the little patches of wildflower lawn that I had seen when I visited an arboretum with my sister the weekend before last - we also walked around the Pleasure Gardens, and the lawns included four different patches of wildflower, I'll add a photo in the challenge thread.
I wet my paper and just added loose splashes of colour for the flowers. When dry, I added some greens for the foreground, and then I added a little splatter above them. I doodled the flowers in, distressed the edges and added it to a base with a scored frame. I just cannot get the colour right in the photo, I've taken three different lots in different lighting at different times of day. It's prettier than it looks here.

Thanks for all the details, I wouldn't know where to start. I love that this was inspired by a day out with your sister, so if I'm lucky enough to be tickled by you, I would treasure this Sabrina.
