I made this card using a chlorophyll print from a fern which is from the second-most diverse group of vascular plants on earth. So this card also works for the ABC challenge, letter "V" for vascular. LOL
I used a fern I found on a walk with my dogs and used the duoprinting with chlorophyll technique to create my trio of ferns. After it dried, I fussy cut the ferns out and glued onto watercolor paper. I used watercolors to highlight the area around the ferns. Then added the sentiment and the raffia bow. It was a fun and interesting technique!

Wow, Gracie, you got an excellent print of the fern, that is amazing! I haven't tried this technique yet, it is on my wish list of things to do. I really like how your print turned out and love the soft watercolored background you put it on. Beautiful and soft!

This is oh-so lovely Gracie! Wow! I have tried this technique, but never with results like these. I am impressed. I love the texture of this and the gorgeous colors you used here too! Do I see a touch of violet in this card as well? ~Karen.
