I made a two-way open card for the base and cut the front into a triangle shape which is decorated with gingham PP's and an old image from a decoupage sheet from Marianne Design : Mattie MB0083 cut by hand into several layers and made 3D.
Underneath I attached a piece of gold paper to the back of the card, red cardstock with embossed stars and a piece of white paper folded in two.
This inside is also decorated as is the belly band that holds this card together.
