July was my month to host the Creative Card Chicks monthly challenge. Everyone needs birthday cards and I thought this one would be great for that favorite chick in our life!
I sent out four designer papers and happened to use them all along with the chicken wire image. I love county stuff so thought the red, brown and turquoise was a fun choice. I used a regular hole punch to make the little dots in the corners and used the eyelets to accentuate the saying. I tried something different with the twine...no bows or knots this time. Then used pop-dots to raise the image just a little. I also "antiqued" it a bit using a brick red stamp pad.

Your card is awesome! The coloring is wonderful! I love the way you cut out part of the chickens. The use of the twine is very creative. Cool way to do corner accents! Just love it! xoxo
