I'm not American so didn't want a patriotic card. I did a Christmas tree instead with lots of stars on the tree and two stripes down the left hand side.
I stamped the image, then coloured with Copics, not bothering to blend the green branches as I wanted them to look rustic like the image. I added a bit of shading to ground the tree, trimmed the panel and bordered on one side only with thin strips of red and green cs to emphasis the challenge criteria.

Susan - great job using a stars N stripes theme to add to your Christmas stash! This totally works and I like the brightly colored tree with the edging of Christmas colored stripes.
