If you had this challenge for a year, every week, I wouldn't be able to be done with creating. This is very much what I like to do. I also used yesterday's sketch.
It is finally summer here in Wisconsin, meaning that it's hot and muggy. Not my cup of chai tea but it's fine. I have fans and cold drinks.
Everything I used, I had in my stash, made at various times. The straight pieces are from last summer's duoprinting and alcohol ink marbling and the circle piece was using the pansies I have this year. Very juicy flowers, those pansies. Then I felt inspired to add some real birch bark, which I have a ton of. don't worry, I didn't destroy a tree, just found stuff on the ground.

Gorgeous card! Since you have such a rich, maybe we'll be blessed with another card ;) Love the die cut pansy duo print as the center and of course the birch bark. My inspiration for the challenge theme was the birch bark I picked up on a walk. Lobelia and Impatience also work well for duo printing. Thanks for getting back to nature and playing in my challenge.

Well, let’s see...i immediately faved this before I read your commentary. Super use of the SC. I especially love the double brad element. The pansies are my fav...I would have expected them to be juicy...such bold little flowers! Gorgeous take on nature with nature.

So very cool! I struggle with these kinds of challenges. You know how I don’t like techniques that are unpredictable. I’m terrible with the duoprinting with chlorphyll technique. Love the addition of the birch bark!
