I began with watercoloring the three colors on the background. After it was dry, I added clouds, birds, and waves. I used blocks for all of those images. Then I placed the background into my MISTI to stamp the sentiment. I stamped the sailboats in the Navy ink and in Balmy Blue, both on watercolor paper. I fussy cut them and popped them up. I enjoyed this challenge being able to mix so many different stamp set together to make a pleasing card.
