The way this started, it was going to be the ATC book. It didn't end that way. Typical.
I grabbed a piece of Club Scrap printed cardstock and started following the tutorial, but sort of got stuck at one point, then decided to just let it be an accordion book. The cardstock has postal images (why did I choose that? I have no idea!) so I went with that.
I had unsuccessfully marbled some paper a while back, except for the pieces at the bottom. I added a few travel stamps and a postal 'stamp' and then some real stamps that I got when Anita sent me something.
I really love postage stamps, like tiny works of art. I could also decorate the back.

I agree with your about how postage stamps are little pieces of art. I like how you used them on your project.

I've got my hitchhiking vibe going to join the scenic route!
France and Italy...one could wander there a lifetime. I agree with you about the lil' miniature works of art. Your card is a visual adventure. I love how you cut the sentiment for us trepid adventurers. Sweet...

Accordion books are such fun. And what a clever way to use interesting postage stamps ; I have a whole envelope stuffed with them but couldn't think of a way to use them that wouldn't be too"busy". Thanks for the inspiration. And I too end up with only partial usable bits from many marbling techniques. I really like the way your workable pieces look, so swirling.
