This is admittedly an intriguing sketch. I assume, from the way it's drawn & labeled, that the diamond is meant to overhang the sides of a narrower card. But, since I was sending this to Send a Smile 4 Kids, I decided it would be better to keep the overall card A2 size.
I stamped the shoes (from "All Boy") onto a scrap of bristol paper with Versafine Onyx Black ink. After the ink dried, I colored them with my Tombow markers. I also added just a touch of shading under them with a light grey marker, and used the blender pen to soften the edge.
I stamped the greeting with Versamark & heat embossed with white, then trimmed it into a banner. I cut a panel of plaid (from "9 to 5") & added that to an aqua card front. I matted my image diamond with black cardstock, and adhered it to a burgundy diamond. I added that & my greeting banner to my card front, and adhered that to a white card base.
