This is for the 50th anniversary of Lanny and Beth. One of the things mentioned is that they love the beach so I choose this vintage image of a couple by the shore.
FYI- I sprained my right wrist on Sunday (luckily it was after I had made this card) so I probably won't be commenting...I can type a bit but I really need to rest my hand and wrist...it's pretty tender...

oh gee whiz Polly...sprains are worse than breaks, sometimes. Rest it well, my dear. I'm so happy you could complete this card because it gets two gold stars! Every element is perfect. Well done!

I am so sorry to hear about your wrist Polly! I hope it gets better quickly. Makes it tough to do many things when we injure our hands.
Great vintage feel to this stunning card and super die cuts and layers too. The touches of gold are wonderful on the card. Thank you so much for playing along.

Fantastic image, enhanced perfectly with ail your lacy textures. Your "ship wheel" pattern looks like it may have come from a doily.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, Polly.
From WebMD: Rest your wrist for at least 48 hours.
Ice your wrist to reduce pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every three to four hours for two to three days, or until the pain is gone. Compress the wrist with a bandage. Elevate your wrist above your heart, on a pillow or the back of a chair. as often as you can.
This is so special! And gorgeous! All the layers and special embellishments are going to be so special to our tea party recipient this week. I hope your wrist heels quickly!

Oh no, Polly! Rest that wrist! It's very important to feel better! I sprained my ankle last weekend, but fortunately ankles aren't important in crafting! Glad you got this beauty made before your injury. It's fabulous! Such a cool vintage style!
