Hi, everyone! This week's Ways to Use It Challenge is to use stenciling techniques....I used Alcohol Lift Ink and a Damask stencil over a Polished Stone background. The card began with the ribbon.....I just had to use it....it's been staring at me for weeks since I received it! I searched through some alcohol ink panels from my stash and found this one with eggplant and navy. I used a Damask stencil and Alcohol Lift Ink to create an extra dimension to the background. I didn't want to cover it up, so I die cut the 'Mwah!' out of the Long and Lean Letters Dies. The bow was tied with a Bow Easy. No additional embellishments were added. Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

Beautiful card so elegant and love the ribbon too I can understand you wanted to use it and it is fitting so well on this card, I didn't try this technique yet but I think you need special lift ink for this.

Angella, you have inspired me to try the polished stone technique. Your colors are so soft and lovely. And it all started with the gingham...isn’t it fun to just yield to the tiniest spark!
