hi there,
Here is my card for the WT today; Stencils.
I do so enjoy working with stencils and trying out new techniques using them. For this card, I rubbed masking fluid over my stencil and let dry. When dry, I rubbed Distress Ox inks over then rubbed off the masking fluid to reveal the pattern. I like the distressed look it gave.
I stamped the flourish and sentiment.

Karen, what a beautiful card. The exuberance of the background (in a soft way) is perfect with that sentiment. And what a cool idea - the masking fluid would come of it perfectly afterwards - unlike the time I tried the technique for stamping with it.

I need to remember to use that more often too. ( I have a feeling it goes brick solid just like the pastes do) and this is gorgeous Karen, I like the distressed look too.
