I've always loved the oak tree image in 'Lovely as a Tree'. Something calming and stately about it. I sponged the 3 squares with Distress Inks and layered them to make a scenic backdrop for the tree. Lovely sketch this week - come and join us!

Ann, this is a beautifully rendered scene on three diamonds, with ink blending that ties it all together. As you've presented, it transmits such strength and serenity. So lovely!

I love the way you did the diamonds, with the blue up above and green on the bottom with the scene in the middle - all put together it is a full picture and scene!! Beautiful!

Beautiful. Love the ink blending for the sky to ground. The beloved tree image is classic. Love the textured white linen background. Thank you, Ann for a wonderful sample card for the Sketch Challenge.
