What a great challenge, Francie!! I looked back at my gallery and stopped at Masculine Birthday: Masculine Birthday by PeonySnail at Splitcoaststampers
I always loved the look of the palm tree with medallion (distressed this time), vintage photo mounts, ribbon element, and a rustic background. I decided to use burlap instead of BG paper, changed the ribbon to something more feminine, left off the sentiment and added another favorite image, the Adirondack chair. Same wistful, relaxing feel, don't you think?!

I definitly sense that wistful, relaxing feel...i would love to be sitting in that chair in Hawaii instead of looking at this sink full of fishes at home. The burlap, photo mounts, and strip of ribbon are perfect additions to this lovely card.

I agree.......the palm and medallion are such a great look.......on both cards. I love the juxtaposition of the burlap and lace!
