When I saw the sketch, I recalled that I had made a card some time ago using a technique called Ink, Spray & Smash (Ink, Spray & Smash Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers) that resulted in two pretty marbled backgrounds - and I had used only one of the two. Sure enough, I went digging in my stash drawer and found the gorgeous marbled background that would be just perfect for the sketch! I was created with glossy cardstock and Stampin' Up! (SU) dye re-inkers. You simply dot the cardstock with color, spray it with water, and smash it against the second glossy cardstock.
I cut the colorful panel down to 4"x5-1/4" to fit on a standard A2 cardbase. The pink ribbon was wrapped around to the back of the card and taped, then using a Bow-Easy bowmaker, I tied a double bow, and attached it to the card front with a mini glue dot.
The main panel was glued to the card base using Tombo.
I am rating the difficulty of this card as a "1" out of a possible "5", although you do have to wait for the panels to dry before you can use then for your card, so it takes a little time to complete the card.

Thank you, Donna! It's such an easy technique, too! It's one of the SCS tutorials. Love the inspirational cards, but also the techniques that push me out of my comfort zone! -Donna (from Idaho)
