I made this for the Mixability Challenge - Draw A Line. Also putting in the F4A Challenge - Is It Spring Yet?
I first chose this c/s which has been sitting in my drawer and the colour has long retired - not sure if it is Bravo Burgundy? I thought the colour of the eucalyptus leaves would go beautifully so stamped the image and coloured with copics. Went around the edge of the stamp with a silver pencil and then sponged the bg using Smoky Slate. Used the green copic pen to draw a border around the image - lines plus both burgundy panels have been scored - lines. I added the flower by necessity - I was not happy how I coloured the blossom flowers (2) so stamped this flower in River Rock. I coloured the flower using a blender pen & the ink pad and added copic green centre, fussy cut and adhered to card. Once done, I decided I quite like the added flower, ha!

Beautiful card with all the lovely layers and love those color choices too! Your little flower accent and pearls are perfect! That ef is great along with all your scoring of lines on the card stock, creating awesome texture!

The idea of eucalyptus just brings that lovely scent to mind, and your leaves with the pretty flowers atop look just wonderful. Great framing with the tulip border and the embossing in the background adds such great interest! Love all the dimension of your terrific card design!

This is beautiful, Sue, and I love how pretty you colored the leaves. The burgundy looks awesome and the embossing does, too.

This is stunning! It looks like a framed art print....I thought when I first saw your card that you used a vintage art print. I am in awe at your Copic coloring skills - beautiful. And the deep rich purple you chose adds an elegant feel. Gorgeous piece of art! TFS
