My SIL is a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan so I wanted to use that somehow on his birthday card this year. I had already gotten a perfect sentiment from Unity stamps!!
I cut a black frame, die cut out the center then adhered to the white card base. I inked the sentiment with several colors of marker till I got close to the Eagles color and stamped across the top. Downloaded a generic digi football player and an Eagles logo coloring page. I used a combination of markers and watercolor then fussy cut both images. I adhered the eagle flat to the card base but raised the football player with mounting foam. . . Hopefully my SIL will forgive me if there is no actual No.55 on his favorite team . . .

Now, just how perfect is this for a Philadelphia Eagles fan? Very!!! Your SIL is sure to love it. Why don't you just buy that first painting you showed for a birthday present??? It just cost a grand.

This is wonderful & perfect for the football fan, Linda! Personally, I'm a little tired of football..since they had the Super Bowl in Atlanta (kinda near me) that's all the local news talked about for weeks! I kept thinking, surely there's some real news in the world!
