I used three Distress inks to swipe bands of colour onto an acrylic block, then spritzed with water, and pressed it onto watercolour paper.
I die cut the flower and frame twice, glued them together for more substance and dimension, and layered over the coloured panel. I went over the flower with clear Wink of Stella - sorry, it's sparkle doesn't show up in the photo.

This is beautiful! I started off on the right track, I actually used the Magical Masking Tape technique for my first attempt but the black smeared so I tossed it and started again. Sigh! I love the colors you used with the beautiful white flowers!
