This is for both of today's challenges. It took me so long to do this that it will have to do for both. I colored the diecut with bands of color and then embedded it back into the negative piece. I put a thin piece of cs behind the flowers, used the alcohol markers to make more bands of color, was going to leave the embedded flowers white but then decided to color them with bands also. I recut the die with thin white cs, covered two flowers with WOS, glued them on and then ran it through with the ef. I liked the idea of some flowers layered on top so I added a few punched flowers, colored with watercolor markers. Background is the Lindy's powder. It's a pretty crazy card but I kind of like it. I did flowers two days in a row. Wow!

I like you rbands of colors and how you did bands on each element specific to what it represented. I like the look of the punched flowers over the embossed ones for extra depth and definition.

Inlaying die-cuts back takes ages - well done for the effort, it was certainly worth it, especially when combined with the dry-embossed texture. Great funky die-cut flowers, too. The Dew Drops finish it off beautifully, adding light-hearted fun.

How cool! I love how you did the water in the vase. Very clever!
