Congrats to Lori, the newest Featured Stamper! She has such a fun gallery, full of collage-y cards & her sense of humor really comes thru on many of her cards. I have quite a few I wanted to case, but I kept coming back to THIS fun card. I kept the lady w/ the attitude & pink colors, but I used different images & dies & left off the ribbons.
After I stamped, colored & die cut my fashionista, I started looking around for paper to go w/ her & the snarky greeting. I had some leftover watercolored paper sitting there & found this scrap of black/white striped dp. I used a wonderful all in one die for the layers & cut it once out the w/c bg & once out of white then mixed & matched them back together, leaving off the largest ones. That was it..pretty quick!
Congrats again, Lori! Thanks so much for looking. Closeups, product links & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Wow, I love these stamps from Rubbernecker. I have a few in my collection but not these. Guess I need to start a wish list. Great card, Julie.

You did a great job casing the original with your sassy vixen. I love the striped horizontal panel...it pops the whole card. And again...that coloring speedy or not...fabulous!

Oh, what fun!!!! Julie, you are making me tear up again, with your commentary on my gallery. Thank you so much for "getting me".
Your card is awesome and I love how your gal is stepping out of the frame. I rarely use ribbons and glad you deleted that option

OH, this is a terrific take on Lori's fun card! I love the mix of watercolor and striped paper with this classy lady in her polka dot frock, then I read the sentiment- what a hoot! I laughed my head off at Lori's card and yours too! How fun! ~Karen.
