A little tweaking of the sketch today for my square card base. Stamped and die cut the image, colouring the shawl lightly with SU chalk. Stamped and die cut the sentiment to match the pink circle, and matted on pink. Added ribbon panels top and bottom, and a small bow to finish.

Beautiful and tenderhearted card. The black and white image with only the blanket colored is highly effective and a perfect choice for the sketch design.

My daughter was born December 20 almost 37 years ago. Brought her home Christmas Eve. My birth announcements looks a lot like this. Just beautiful! Makes me nostalgic.

Precious image. Beautifully done with the sketch. Love the pink & white. The polka-dot ribbon is a nice touch. Love the sweet little bow. Fabulous card for a baby girl. TFS
