CAS508 ~ Take the Chill Off ~ I used the sweater embossing folder on the DSP.
MSP15 ~ Make a card or tag and double it up for a gift card holder. The inside of my card is where the gift card would be placed. I used my SU card in its place. I just cut two slits on the whisper white card stock for the gift card to slide into and be held in place. I have two brothers with a birthday in Dec. So, I made two cards. If I actually owned a MISTI I would probably be able to center my sentiment on the tag. As it stands, each of these tags is stamped on each side and then I chose the better one of each. I know many stamp first and then center that to punch, but I use my white scraps to get my tags. I get closer by punching it out and then stamping. If I had a MISTI I'm sure I would be able to create a template where the tag would fit into it and I would be able to stamp precisely in the center. The other thing that I would look forward to would be the even stamping on the cards I create. You can see here, that I should have re-inked my stamp and given it another press, but when I have tried to do this with my stamp-a-ma-jig I usually wind up with a shadow stamp or blurry words. So, I left it alone.
All right, I'll admit my candles are all upside down. This has nothing to do with the MISTI, but I may have payed more attention to this detail if I wasn't upset over the uneven stamping, uncentered sentiment...AND I DID THAT ON BOTH CARDS!!!LOL!!! Maybe my brothers won't notice...
GiggleS!! Well I didn’t notice till you mentioned it or I’m just so tired . But fantastic creation Sis Sally . Even with the Misti I go crooked but it’s not the Misti’s fault it’s my eyesight and me placing it crooked!! Haha

Fun card! I would not have noticed the upside-down candles if you hadn't mentioned it!
