At our Flower City shoebox gathering in Rochester in September, we each had a darling box at our places at the tables. It has a top that is attached. I just had to get on you-tube to see how it was made. Here is a link to the video I watched.
I found it an easy to follow video. The first few boxes I made were a bit difficult, but once I got in the groove, they got to be so easy. I made 46 of these for a Christmas bazaar. Alas, I only sold 11 of them, despite the fact that everyone was quite taken by them. However, I will use them for the place settings at our Christmas dinner. Most of them are decorated with Christmasy dp, although this one is not.

This is fantastic, Ina! I've done 3-D projects and it didn't go well. I can't get over that you'd make 46! WOW. Incredible. You must have a lot of patience.
