Unfortunately I needed another sympathy card this week, so for that I used the one from my stash, and I made this one for Dina's mother for this week's Paper Hugs Teapot Tuesday challenge, and mailed all three cards off this morning.
Cream base embossed with brocade ef and swiped with Tumbled Glass DOX.
Gel print on a book page from my stash randomly stamped with Vines in black- I tore it to size, stamped and embossed the sentiment, stamped a silver flourish and edged it with silver Stickles. The butterfly was cut from a piece of card made using Dina's Coffee Filter Prints tutorial. Since there is no MIX challenge yet, this is my mixed media creation for the day. It's already too dark for a decent photo even if I could start a challenge card now. This one looks better in real life - it's been a grey murky day from the get-go, and I wanted to mail it when I went out for some errands.
