WT702--Ride the Wind-Anything that flies through the air is fair game.
My leaves aren't flying but if the wind catches them, they are apt to blow away.
My stencil is called Stone Wall but here I am thinking of it as more of a crackled design.
It looks as if I used more than one color of stain on my card but I really soaked it in places. I put down my stencil over the watercolor paper and just turned up my bottle of Distress Stain and dabbed. It really came out making some areas darker and looking a different color than others.
The leaves are colored by rubbing on Inka Gold with my fingers.

Fall leave will be flying soon. Yours are beautiful, love the metallic gleams contrasted with that vivid blue. Thanks for flying high and playing in my challenge.

Gorgeous blue background for those great autumn leaves. That's the sort of blue one sees in Greece. The folder looks great - though I think I agree, it's more of a crackled look. And we have a lot of stone walls here!

The blue is striking behind the autumn colors and makes them really pop. Until I read your description, I thought the blue was done with the cling wrap technique. Very eye-catching

Yep, leaves will definitely be floating down soon - Isn't it fun when a bg just comes together without having to "work" it. this on has a very natural ebb and flow. The gold polished leaves really pop!
