Shirley's "Off to School" challenge stumped me a bit. I couldn't come up with a school themed card that I could actually use. So I went back to this joke that I have now used three times in like a week. I can't help myself. I think it's very funny. The inside says "How's that working out for you?".
I used these fun digis that I bought from etsy (LePetiteMarket shop) and I thought a hand-drawn and colored in crayon background would be just the right touch for this card. This messy crayon coloring was the hardest part of this card. I kept starting off coloring too neatly!

Your card really stood out in the gallery - so clever! I love the colouring and your little character and her backpack! What a super card for the challenge!

Jenn, your card is so cute. I love how you did the crayon coloring and added the bus. Your inside sentiment is great. I love it. Thanks, for playing the challenge.
