Annette, who sounds like an awesome chick, just moved into a new house and had a recent birthday. 85! Amazing! It was intimidating to make a card for someone who is described as an artist, so I decided to layer it on thick to give her lots to look at.

Beth, this is terrific. Mom will definitely love all the layers and it works with the artist's "Rule of 3". The mix of 3 layers, 3 different DP style, 3 main colors, 3 raised elements! Just the best.

Super sentiment and a wonderful happy home. Love the colours and the popped-up shutters.
I've known people who either took us out for dinner or ordered in rather than cook themselves, because they felt intimidated to cook for me, so I get what you're saying. But I'm sure Annette will love this.

I think even may be easier for an artist as they would appreciate all the love and work that went into it and all the creativity...so yes you did awesome, lots of fun colors and lots to see...very cute home for her...and I like how it says love instead of heart...neat....TFs..:0)
------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
Such a fun, artsy way to welcome her to her new home. It reminds me of the movie Yours, Mine & Ours where the mom is very artistic and colors are everywhere. You did such a great job with your layers and angles.

Oooo, I think this is my favorite card in this week's TPT gallery...LOVE the quirkiness and the colors and the patterns. Just everything! I wish I was receiving this fun card. :-( But Annette is sure to love it!!
