It has been a few weeks since I have made a card, so it was a little hard to coax my mojo out from under the rock where it has been hiding. I colored the peacock with both sharpies and copics. It needed something, so i stenciled in the clouds. It still looked like the peacock was floating in air, so I added some extra branches and flowers.i added some liquid pearls and stickles, and it was done. I hope you play along in this week's F4A challenge. TFL, Francie

Francie, your peacock is colored with beautiful colors!
The clouds, branches, flowers and with the framing made a gorgeous card!
You might think you had a slow start, but had a fantastic finish!

I'm glad that Robin's challenge brought you into the gallery today, Francie. It's lovely to see your peacock, and the stencilled clouds are totally fabulous! I love those blues. I always struggle with the background for peacocks and having them look floating - relieved to know I am not alone.

Really a MAGNIFICENT card, Francie. A male peacock is a showy bird to begin with, but with your coloring he even looks all the more elegant and beautiful. It is obvious you put a lot of time and of yourself into each card that you make.
