I made this card in a workshop many MANY years ago, so I don't remember the colors or the stamp set that was used. (I do remember that it was an SU! stamp set from approximately 1999.)
The idea was super simple and fun to make. You must use glossy paper or this technique probably won't work. First affix a post it note to the center of the card. Next, use a sponge to swipe from the inside (on top of the post it) toward the outside of the card so that the colors overlap each other a little bit. (This card used a purple, a pink, and a green color.) carefully remove the post it because the ink will still be wet. stamp the sentiment in the center using some of the same colors. Let it dry for A FEW DAYS - not kidding. The glossy paper makes the ink stay wet for a really long time, so don't take any chances - just let it sit there and dry for a while!
