I love this set - but why am I finding it so hard to come up with ideas for it??
Ever have that? Fallen in love with a set and then just run stuck when it comes to ideas? I guess I just need to keep playing...

Hi, Christy, and congratulations on uploading your first card to Splitcoaststampers! I am so excited for you and really love this card. I know what you mean about loving a stamp set and then having trouble being inspired. I love wonderful focal image and the doily! It's definitely a vintage look, and I love it! I know you'll find more ideas, and perhaps one of our challenges might inspire you.
Having been here at Splitcoaststampers for a few years, you know SCS is filled with inspiration and encouragement here - such a special community. I hope you might also consider joining a challenge found on the Home Page. Here is a link that explains them, Challenges 101. Looking forward to seeing more of your lovely work! Hugs!
P. S. You might want to click HERE for a post full of helpful information. And this is about How To Share Your Art in the Gallery. Lots of great information.

I think this is lovely, love the way the sentiment is "typed" on pretty paper instead of the plain white I always use with typewriters. Browsing the SU set galleries here is always a great source of inspiration, I find.

Beautiful vintage looking greeting, love the little pop of blue with the brown tones and the pretty doily framing! Playing is always a good idea and maybe a challenge or two would give you playtime ideas you might not otherwise have had? Welcome to the gallery!

Your card is really pretty and I like the typewritten words on your typing paper. Such wonderful paper and sponging. Sending you a big welcome to the gallery. You'll find sooooooo much inspiration here.

Christy, welcome to uploads for SCS! It looks like you came up with a very good idea for this set! I love using the stamp with all the small letters for the background paper. And, using a different color for the sheet being typed is great! Keep playing because you are doing great with this set!
