Every time I use this image, I think of hubs & what we refer to as "the little grilling incident". The smoker grill we have is almost as old as I am, lol. Hubs burned down a portion of the deck in a house we had in Houston w/ this same grill. We walked outside & a big chunk of the deck was GONE. 16' long & about 4 boards wide had turned to ash. The happy little smoker was sitting upright w/ the lid on, dead center in the middle of all the nothingness. I swear it was laughing at us. So while I like the idea of this grill master on the deck, around here, it will never happen again. That grill (& hubs) are not allowed anywhere near anything that even looks like wood.
For my Barbeque Boss, I stamped & colored Grilling Guy, then masked him to add the scene behind him. For the deck, I stamped The Floor w/ a sand colored ink, then stamped the Woodgrain Bg on it using the same ink before I colored it in. The Picket Fence & grass were added, then I sponged in a cloudy sky. Just a portion of the greeting was added on the little plaque. I added a red layer & a red frame around Mr. Grill Master. Sort of a picture of hubs before he got schooled by that grill. It definitely showed him who's boss.
Thank so much for looking!

Apparently, I had a squirrel moment yesterday but I was getting really tired by the end of the evening, I thought I had commented on this! It jumps right out of the gallery! I love the double framing! The deck looks amazing. What a funny story about your grill!!! Yikes! Did you take a pic because that had to have been a sight! The worst we have done was warp the siding on our porch. No fires thank goodness!
