As in my first graduation card, this is done with watercolor Brushos, working left to right and using a cardstock vertical mask to shield the area to sprinkle each color. I did the "dry" method where I sprinkled the powder onto watercolor paper in the unmatted area; I removed the mask; I liberally spritzed with water angled to the left so that each color strip would not ooze too far to the right in the uncolored area. I dried my colored, wet watercolor paper and added star stenciling White Shimmer Texture Paste. My star stencil had blank spaces where I thought there should be stars, so I had to do a second run, adding one star at a time into blank areas to get the stars just where I wanted them. The stars really sparkle. . .sparkle doesn't show well in pic.
My card fits eight challenges:
#1. DD9ABC2B - Alphabet Challenge - 2/28/18. Color Letter B = Brilliant Red, Double = use an banner on your card. My red Brushos used is named Brilliant Red. NO BONUS banner for me on this card!

Another super grad card, Carlene. You are making me want to get out my Brushos. I have a star stencil I should get out, too. Congrats to the grads. Good job with those Hayneedle colors.

What an absolutely fantastic graduation card this is Carlene. Wow! I love the colors you achieved using Brusho powders, and I love the texture paste stars. Your hard work paid off because those stars with this bg technique make this card SING my friend! Your wonderful die cut elements add to the celebratory feel of this fabulous card! ~Karen.
