I had made a card for my grandson when this challenge first came out. Then I realized it was another grandson who was having a birthday, not the one I had made the card for (Old Brain). So I asked my daughter what they were doing for his birthday and she said it was going to be Spiderman. I'm using the same techniques basically as the first card but here is the Spiderman version. Embossed the web and added the white highlights. Cut the number 5 on my Cricut and printed the greeting by hand. Got a spider from the computer. Printed it on white and cut two layers of black by cutting around the outline which I temporarily glued on to the black.

Cool card, Pat. After I posted the challenge, I remembered doing a TLC which was doodling embossing folders with a white pen but I didn't get round to adding it into the write-up, so I'm glad you featured it anyway. A lot of work highlighting all that web, but it looks great.

Oh, Pat, your grandson is going to LOVE this card! Hehe! Not that we love spiders, but he will love it -- he's a boy! Wow, what an amazing amount of work, but it's for the love of your precious grandson. So sweet and perfect! And, yes, your printing is lovely! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo
