A sympathy card for a former pastor's family. He was a huge blessing in our lives. A very caring, gentle man.
Couldn't get a decent photo outside on this rainy day so this is as good as it gets. The rain is welcome though - there have been huge grass fires in the area all week. The smaller photos on the right show the inside and back panels of this card.
I've always loved these two retired SU sets. Stamped the Just Believe image in Versafine Black and heat embossed it for my silhouette panel --> WT688.
I use the little stamp from the ODBD set Hand Stamped Mini on 90% of the cards I make. I've had it so long it was originally wood-mounted.
The only thing purchased in recent memory was the Memento Cardstock pack - really fun paper to use to get a watercoloured look when a quick card is needed. Everything else has been in my stash for years --> USEIT2018.
Thanks for stopping by. :-)

Heather, the pastor's family is sure to love this gorgeous card. Wonderful, comforting sentiments on the inside/back panels.

I have these stamp sets, and I agree that the Verve set is so perfect for sympathy cards. Love how you used it today with your water colored bg designer paper, which looks like you created yourself!

I have that Verve set too and it is perfect for sympathy cards. One of my go to stamps for those hard to make cards. Your backgrounds are so lovely on this.

Heather, I love your card. Impressive photo skills. The b/g paper is so interesting. Hard to take your eyes off. Looks like you are on a roll too. I've been using all my old stuff recently. I am determined to use up as much as I can of my hoarding collection. Plus, I am out of work right now, so I don't have money to buy new things anyway. Hugzzzzz...
