Cut out border and flowers.
Embossed the white border piece. I thought the dots would go well with the Tranquil Tide DSP.
Didn't add sequins or ribbon, trying to keep it simple.
Sponged around flowers. TFL

So much beautiful-ness going on in this card! I love all the dots and the way they're carried from the embossed layer to the DS paper, but most of all I love those gorgeous flowers! Love this!

Such a pretty card! I love the die cut edge, allowing a peek at the dsp underneath, the texture created by the dotted embossing, and the flowers look wonderful in the challenge colors !
