I am almost too late for last week's Tea Party, but I guess someone needs to take up the tail. For this tea party, Sabrina chose the theme, "Let's Get This Show on The Road." I decided to go antiquing by choosing this gorgeous blue china pattern with doily and fancy table cloth. As some of you know, my mother passed away the day after Easter and we were recently going through her china which is a gorgeous shade of blue, and her favorite color. So that started the theme of this card for me. I wanted to play with this Altenew stamp set I had not had time to play with and I thought this was the perfect time to do it. Carlene is a very dear Alphabet sister so I simply had to play along. Thank you for looking today! ~Karen.

Wow! This gorgeous card was well worth the wait. These roses are so beautiful, and blue is also my favourite colour. My condolences to you on the passing of your mother.

Gorgeous! Love the blues. The stamped flowers are amazing. Love the die-cut oval frame. The background paper is lovely. I think this card had a wonderful vintage feel to it. What love went into your creation. It will be adored. TFS
