This is my card for Polly's Show Your Love TPT challenge this week. I was a bit stumped - the younger three of us are close in age and get on well, and know that we're always there for each other, but we're not a very demonstrative family. DH said make something cooking themed and then you can send it to either of them. So I took his advice...
I adapted the criss-cross card to a large square, so that I could use both my LOTV stamps and fit the recipe (see the recipe on the challenge thread). I picked papers with an old-fashioned feel, and added a crisp white border. The sentiment is embossed with clear EP to help it stand out on the patterned paper. I added Glossy Accents to the mixing bowls.
Thanks for a fun challenge, Polly.

Sabrina this is so sweet...those images of the cooking are adorable and what fun memories that cooking together brings back. (I just made some cookies with my nephew last weekend and we had such a good time)...The papers are really fun...Love Cosmos Cricket...and they are old fashioned looking...lovely design!

What a great idea! Everything about this looks terrific Sabrina. Cosmo Cricket were always one of my favourite papers. I am betting that any recipe from you would be wonderful.....I'm going to miss your Irish Soda Bread while we are away.

"Sometimes" our husband's are right. In this case we'll give yours the credit. And you get credit for creating an adorable card for your sister(s). You have the cutest stamps and these are no exception. I especially like the image on the right. SO cute!
