I needed some bright, cheery colors to brighten the day today. The sun is shining, but it's very early spring (sort of), and everything is brown and drab. But, new life is peeping through the ground in my garden, and I know it won't be long. Until then, I am using my art to bring color into our world here.
Inspiration is from the Rosenberry Rooms Inspiration challenge photo HERE.
I used Copic markers to color the image, and TH distress inks for the brushed on background and stencil. Details on stamps used, colors, technique can be found on my blog.

Lynda, what a beautiful card you created. I guess you know tulips and yellows ones are my favorite flower. Your stencil is just gorgeous, also. Spring has certainly shown up on your card. Love it!!!

I love how your tulips show up against the subtle stenciled background. Our ground is still white up here though I did see a tulip trying to come out on the south side of the house.
