Here is my card for the WT today; World Water.
Very simple card using this stamp from PB.
I placed the stamp inside my Misti and stamped with black Memento ink then clear heat embossed. Then, using a piece of acetate inked with Distress Oxide inks, I sprayed with water and pressed onto my paper. I call this technique Acetate inking.
