I started by doing a watercolor splash in blue with just a bit of purple - It looked like a stormy sky to me so I thought my new Unity stamp would work well with this. I added some cobblestones across the bottom using a stencil and spackle - while it was still damp I brushed on some chalks to give just a hint of color. I stamped my image twice - once directly onto the bg for the rain splatters and once on cardstock which was colored with prismacolor pencils, fussy cut and adhered with mounting tape.

what a wonderful stormy day you created for your image - love how you stamped it and then layered it so the raindrops showed - great cobblestone walk too!
