This is for Dana's CAS Challenge to use a background stamp. I love background stamps too and I have so many that it was very difficult to choose. But here is one that I've never used--just couldn't figure out how. One of the goodies that my friend, Veronica, gave me when she was cleaning out her stash was a rainbow ink pad. I've always thought they looked cool, but never thought I needed one. Well, it sure is fun to play with! After I stamped the whole background with my rainbow ink pad, I traced over just the words at the bottom with a black gel pen. Added some glittery washi tape and done.

I have 9 rainbow pads and love every one of them for adding lots of coordinating colors fast. Tracing one of the wishes in black was an inspired choice for this bg design and the glitter washi just adds to the celebration - Well done!
