This is my card for Anita's Chinese New Year tea party. Did you see we get fortune cookies this week?
I had difficulty deciding what way to go, I would have to loved to use a rooster or a pig, but I looked at all the gold in the teapot and I thought who doesn't love a panda! So at least for sending to Alex, a panda it is. I might get time to make one of the other animals before the week is out...
Rubbernecker bamboo stamped and embossed in gold on a DOX wrinkle free distress background thwih was then sponged with wilted violet and chipped sapphire distress.
Art Neko Panda & Moongate stamped in black on white card, coloured with pencils, masked, and the sky sponged in. Then I decided to add Purple Onion's Starry Night stamped and embossed in gold. A little gold ep strayed - hey, it's stardust, it's OK.
Matted on black, matt gold metalic base.
Serendipity Stamps word die cut from black card covered with DST, then various glitters burnished on - blue, gold, silver, and finally a good spattering with SN clear glitter.

So lovely, Sabrina! Asian themed cards are always special, but here you have combined elegant with playful, dreamy with shimmery and created a harmonious meld of East meets West that gives me goosebumps.
LOVELY, LOVELY, LOVELY!
TFS!
