I had to go with what I had on hand to make this card. I don't currently have any alcohol inks so I used various acrylic paints to get this effect. I used the paints on the shiny side of a piece of poster board for its stability. I found the tree image on Cricut Design space. Stamped sentiment (SU) when it's dark enough you can see the stars.
*I saw an image on google that inspired this card.
