Taped a flower stencil to my main panel and then used a scrunched piece of cling wrap to pounce lightly with frost white acrylic paint. Just added it randomly and lightly over the stencil. Removed stencil and washed while the frost paint was drying. Taped it back over top (make sure to set it up so it is in the same position), and sponged with three colours of distress inks starting with the lightest on the outside and getting darker as I moved to the center.
Removed the stencil. Mounted my panel on my card front, popping it up on foam for added dimension. Stamped the sentiment in versamark onto black card stock and heat embossed with white. Adhered the sentiment banner to the bottom of my main panel.

Love this big, bold and very pretty image, Loll. The colors are beautiful and the black border sentiment is perfect! Great card! Hugz
