We were to make a card showing peace...I thought this mill scene was very peaceful looking and if I close my eyes I can almost hear that babbling brook. It will go out to Linda who is going through some rough times.

Yes, so peaceful. You have taken a complex focal image and put it against a lovely but busy DP and made it so totally work. Colors are gorgeous. Great card.

Polly that scene does look so peaceful. We use to live near a creek when I was a kid and the sound of water was so peaceful. Beautiful design and coloring. Linda will love the card. Thank you for playing in the challenge.

Being near water is almost always peaceful...this country scene certainly is. Funny, I've seen a few windmills in real life, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a water one...except there was a tidal one near a campsite we stayed in. So a sea mill . I bet Linda will love this.

Oh, what a fantastic card for Linda. I can almost hear the sound of that old water wheel creaking and groaning under the weight of all that water mixed with the delightful gurgling of the water as it goes over the wheel. This is a very peaceful card indeed and beautifully colored too. ~Karen.
