I was inspired bythis towel to make a second card for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I again used the basic 3-section layout and overall colors of the towel as the basis for my card. I started with a white cardbase and attached the chevron paper and a scrap of dark red paper (that happened to have the sentiment printed on it!) then glued the gold ribbon over where the edges of the paper meet. I stamped the sun in Versamark ink on a scrap of orange paper, and heat embossed with detail black EP. Then I colored the image with alcohol markers and cut it out, leaving a deliberately wavy edge all the way around. I layered it onto a square of black cardstock and attached to front of card with foam tape.
Thanks for looking!
