IC623 (this is from a few weeks ago) sent us to Balsam Hill for inspiration. When I saw this ornament, I wanted to make a card based on it: https://www.balsamhill.com/p/christm...et?sku=4001628 It took me a while to work up the nerve and take the time to try it.
I used my versamark pen to create the grid and then gold embossed. I hand cut the holly leaves and added gold embossing and punched three berries from red sparkly fun foam. Heat embossed the sentiment and then had to go to the store to get gold mirror paper to mat the card front. I like how it turned out and am glad I tried it.
Thanks for looking!

Oh my goodness Catherine- this is one gorgeous (and elegant) card! Wow! And then I read you drew this design yourself! I am speechless. I was looking for the name of the stamp and knew what you listed was not it. You should design your own stamps my friend- I would buy this one in a heartbeat! I am super impressed by this stunning card you made Catherine! ~Karen.

Wow, Catherine. This is really elegant and pretty. I love the traditional colors, and all the gold and glitz. Love the big holly leaves and I did not know they made sparkly red foam! The font of Great Greetings is perfect for this romantic looking card!

Soooo pretty, Catherine. Such a GREAT rendition of that beautiful ornament! Your grid work is stunning...so evenly spaced...don't know how you accomplished that so perfectly! Love the gold foil paper and gold embossing!
