I began with embossing paste on mixed media paper using random stencils. When that dry, color was added using watercolors, reinkers, sponging and any other thing I had around to achieve a desired color. After that dried I stamped in between a few of the spaces between the paste. Stencils were used again, randomly and the Ranger embossing dauber was used through the stencil, then Lindy Stamp gang powders. This process was repeated several times- fun to do. I cut my tag manually, then inlaid the berry branch from Memory box as well as the Noel. Nail heads were added for berries. Thanks for stopping by.
Gorgeous tag, Nancy. Thanks for telling us how you did it. You sound like you are having fun doing theses tags! This one is really stunning with that gold inlay!

What a beautiful background, I can't believe everything you used to create it. It looks almost like a leather background. I always use silver and pink together but you have inspired me to try gold the next time I play with pink. The inlayed look of the gold Is just gorgeous!
